Ontario opens temporary police constable training site in Cornwall

Ontario’ Solicitor General Michael Kerzner was in Cornwall Friday to announce the provincial expansion of its Basic Constable Training (BCT) program, which will bring 121 recruits to the city from Oct. 6 to Dec. 17. With a fall enrolment total of 641 recruits, 520 will attend the Ontario Police College in Aylmer for training.
