Multi-sensory room, call bell system replacement budgeted for Glen Stor Dun Lodge

While there is close to $150,000 less budgeted for capital projects in 2026 at the Glen Stor Dun Lodge compared to 2025, council heard about a number of items and their importance last week during budget presentations. The project with the highest price tag is the replacement of the home’s nurse call bell system, budgeted at $245,800 in 2026, with a planned phase-in over three years.
