Cornwall police seeking witnesses in pedestrian hit-and-run

Cornwall Police Service is asking for any witnesses to come forward after a hit-and-run collision occurred on Thursday morning. At approximately 9:25 a.m. a pedestrian was struck by a motor vehicle on Second Street West at Westmoreland Avenue.
