Cornwall police charge woman with conspiracy, after assault investigation

A 62-year-old woman from Cornwall is facing three charges following police investigations. Police alleged she directed other people to assault someone else over an unpaid debt, and started an investigation after receiving a complaint about it on Oct. 21. A warrant was subsequently issued for the women’s arrest.
