Cornwall police charge man Morrisburg with robbery, assault, threats

A 20-year-old man from Morrisburg is facing three charges following a police investigation into a complaint from a Ninth Street East business. Police alleged the man removed merchandise from the store on July 28 without paying for it, then assaulted and threatened the store’s loss-prevention officer.
