Cornwall man charged for threatening, assaulting police officer

A 53-year-old man of Cornwall was arrested on Dec. 22 and charged with uttering threats, assault, and causing a disturbance.Police alleged on Dec. 22, the man was causing a disturbance. An off-duty CPS Staff Sgt. was present and intervened. Police alleged that during the intervention, the man punched and threatened to kill the officer.
