Cornwall council talks monument, mural to commemorate Bob Turner

This article has been edited to make it clear the City of Cornwall’s hiring of Bob Turner was after he had already been the first Black person to hold a similar role in Canada. Cornwall city councillors passed the ball back to staff members as the city continues to try and find a way to memorialize Bob Turner.
