Unionized City of Abbotsford employees to get 4% pay increase as part of new labour deal

ABBOTSFORD — The City of Abbotsford has a reached a two-year labour agreement with its unionized employees that will offer a pay increase of four per cent in the first year and 3.5 per cent in the second year.The municipality says it has come to terms with Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) Local 774 on a 2-year collective agreement for the period of January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2026.
