CHILLIWACK — A public hearing will be held next week that could pave the way for a 75-unit apartment complex offering affordable housing for seniors, single-parent families and individuals with low to moderate incomes, next to Ruth and Naomi’s.According to the text of an ad from the City of Chilliwack that was published in a Chilliwack newspaper last Friday, Chilliwack City Council will review an application from Jordan Kutev Architect Inc. to amend the text of the R9 (Affordable Ren
