Homicide investigators issue appeal on 20th anniversary of woman’s death in Chilliwack

CHILLIWACK — The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) has now reissued a public appeal on the 20th anniversary of a Surrey woman’s death in Chilliwack.On September 27, 2005, 25-year-old Michelle Caroline Choiniere left her home– and was never heard from again.
She was last seen in the Guildford area of Surrey, but at an unknown date.
