Fraser Valley man charged in crash that killed 2, injured 3 last year

FRASER VALLEY — A 35-year-old Fraser Valley man has been formally charged with 15 criminal counts for a motor vehicle incident that killed two women in their 20s and injured three others last year.According to a statement from BC Highway Patrol A/Sgt. Patrick Davies, following a BCHP investigation of just over a year, the B.C. Prosecution Service approved 15 charges against Chi Sun Park of Surrey for a crash on February 18, 2024 in which a minivan and Tesla collided on Highway 1 eastbound
