Chilliwack RCMP closes Halloween candy tampering investigation

CHILLIWACK — A spokesperson for the Chilliwack RCMP says forensic testing into allegations that Halloween candy had been tampered or compromised has come back negative.
Earlier this month, police investigated reports that Halloween candy distributed to trick-or-treaters had been tampered with or contained sharp objects.
