Refusing to surrender firearms licence adds to charges against man

A Leamington man charged after a woman was threatened was arrested again after he refused to surrender a firearms licence. The man threatened to cause a 25-year-old woman harm and damaged property on Campbell Street in Chatham on April 10, Chatham-Kent police say. He was charged with uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm and released with a court date Monday, police said. The man’s release conditions included he immediately surrender firearms licences. He was arrested around 3 p.
