Pickup trucks popular target of thieves in Chatham-Kent

Chatham-Kent police responded to 202 stolen vehicle complaints in 2024 and is reminding the community to be vigilant, especially if you own a pickup truck. Data collected by police on stolen vehicles locally last year shows pickup trucks are targeted at significantly higher rates compared to vehicles.
