Another 50/50 raffle has been launched to raise funds for local Catholic schools.Tickets are on sale for the St. Clair Catholic Education Foundation’s Back to School 50/50 Raffle with the winner being drawn Sept. 18, a release said.The foundation said its Spring Blessings raffle generated $52,920 in sales with the winner taking home $26,460.
