July a strong month for Chatham-Kent home sales

The number of home sold in Chatham-Kent in July hasn’t been seen in five years.The 133 units sold last month was a gain of about 17 per cent from July 2025 with residential sales not reaching this level in the month in five years, said the Chatham-Kent Association of Realtors in its monthly media release.Home sales were 11.8 per cent above the five-year average and 2.2 per cent above the 10-year average.
