Gilberts: Fred Coyne Hamil – Kent County’s pre-eminent historian

Last week we looked at the second chapter of Kentiana, written by Fred Coyne Hamil. I thought, as a followup, we might tell you more about Prof. Hamil. He was, and he remains, the best historian on the topic of Chatham-Kent. But people today don’t know much about him. So I looked around for anything we might have in our files about Hamil. Success!
