Dresden students learn about emergency service careers
During a semester-long, hands-on program, Lambton-Kent Composite School students had a chance to learn more about jobs in the fire department, as well as other emergency services. Chatham-Kent Fire and Rescue, in partnership with the Lambton Kent District School Board, marked the third year of its career exploration program, Firefighter in a High School, which expanded to Dresden this year. Other schools involved were Blenheim District, Ridgetown District and Tilbury District secondary schools.
