Crowfest set to make - literal - splash in downtown Chatham

With numerous activities, performers and other special guests, Chatham-Kent Crowfest is set to make a literal splash downtown later this month. The fourth-annual event, slated for Sept. 17 to 20, will feature the Flying Fools, a high-diving act from Montreal, who will drop from heights of up to 25 metres into a small pool.
