Chatham-Kent homes sales subdued as listings rise

Economic uncertainty due tariffs imposed by the United States is cited for subdued local homes sales. The 91 residential units sold through the Multiple Listing Service of the Chatham-Kent Association of Realtors in March were down 14 per cent – 15 sales – from March 2024, the association reported in a monthly update.
