Chatham-Kent home sales bounce back in May

Chatham-Kent home sales rebounded in May, although it’s still to be determined if this is a long-term trend. The number of homes sold through the MLS system of the Chatham-Kent Association of Realtors totalled 150 units last month. This was up by 28.2 per cent from May 2024. Home sales were 2.5 per cent above the five-year average and 2.5 per cent above the 10-year average for the month.
