Chatham-Kent eyes additional dwelling units to boost housing

Given the ongoing housing crunch, Chatham-Kent is looking to take steps to increase local supply. A new webpage is now available with information on additional dwelling units (ADUs), self-contained residential units that occupy the same lot as a primary residence. They can either be attached or detached from the primary home.
