Case for co-accused in Tilbury man’s homicide moves to Superior Court

Two people charged with murder in the death of a Tilbury man have had their matters moved to Superior Court. David Trealout, 35, who is charged with first-degree murder in the death of Henry Neudorf, 55, made a brief appearance in a Chatham court on Thursday, via video. His matter now goes to the Superior Court assignment court on May 20 to have a trial date set. Kimberly Price, 54, also charged with first-degree murder in the death of Neudorf, had her matter sent to assignment court on May 20
