Active investigation in Wallaceburg; public asked to avoid Wallace St.

The public is being asked by Chatham-Kent police to avoid the area of Wallace Street in Wallaceburg for an active investigation. There is an increased police presence in the area and officers are working to resolve the situation safely and peacefully, said a media release issued shortly after 2 p.m. Monday.
