The World Cup might be over, but its legacy will live on in Toronto: mayor

Over a month of FIFA celebrations has come to an end as Spain came out on top Sunday with the tournament's final blow of the whistle. But this is just the beginning of the soccer dream in Toronto, said Mayor Olivia Chow.
