Some Indigenous leaders call premiers' meeting positive but inclusion remains an issue

Some Indigenous leaders say they had a positive meeting with provincial and territorial leaders on the margins of this year's Council of the Federation gathering in Prince Edward Island, but issues remain with the list of invitees and Indigenous leaders' level of participation.
