Seal pup with umbilical cord still attached rescued in Prince Rupert, B.C.

The pup, dubbed Jimmy Two-Shoes, was put on a chartered flight to Vancouver where it is recovering at the Vancouver Aquarium Marine Mammal Rescue Society.
