N.B. viola player tuning up for performance at Carnegie Hall

Earlier this year, Elsipogtog First Nation's Daniel Milliea placed third in an international talent competition. He's been invited to perform at Carnegie Hall on Dec. 20 alongside some of the best musicians from 10 countries.
