Labrador woman details struggle to report cop ex-husband during public complaints hearing

Roxanne Greene said she first tried to report her ex-husband to police in 2009, but couldn't find an officer willing to listen to her. Seventeen years later, the matter finally made it to a public complaints hearing in St. John's.
