Canada urges U.K. under new PM to reconsider joining global bank aimed at boosting defence financing

The High Commissioner for Canada in the U.K. Bill Blair says the government is engaged in talks urging the U.K. to reconsider joining its multinational defence bank now that Andy Burnham is the new prime minister.
