B.C. homeowners feeling the crunch as pandemic mortgages come under renewal

While the increase in the mortgage delinquency rate nationally remains modest, data shows the highest increases in areas with expensive housing markets, including B.C. Data also shows the highest number of court-ordered home listings in a decade for the Lower Mainland, with 946 homes listed between Jan. 1 to Sept. 30 so far.
