TD Bank pulls sponsorship of CTrain free fare zone 2 years early

TD Bank says it has pulled its sponsorship for the free fare zone between the City Hall and Downtown West/Kerby stations in the city’s downtown core about two years early — but that doesn’t mean the zone itself is done for.
