Company behind landfill on fire 'flouted' laws, judge rules in granting injunction

A Calgary recycling company that operates a site where a fire has been burning for more than a week was recently convicted of breaching bylaws and, on Friday, was found to have a “continuous disregard” for local laws, according to a court decision.
