Alberta's end to seasonal clock changes causing digital calendar chaos for some

In June, Alberta passed the Official Time Act , keeping the province on year-round daylight time, when it would have set clocks back an hour on Nov. 1. Some experts say digital calendar disruptions as a result of the change are to be expected and should hopefully be resolved by the fall.
