Wildfire north of Sooke, B.C., burning out of control

The Mount Jack Wildfire on Southern Vancouver Island is still classified as out of control by the B.C. Wildfire Services. It was discovered on Sept. 20 and has grown to at least 210 hectares in size. Part of The Galloping Goose Trail has been closed as precaution.
