Site E dam proposal in northeast B.C. prompts calls for compensation, energy alternatives

B.C. Hydro gave elected officials in northeastern B.C. their first public briefing on the Site E dam proposal for the Peace River, a fourth dam that would be located near the Alberta border north of Dawson Creek.
