Paddleboarder missing on Okanagan Lake after summer marked by drownings

RCMP say that just before 7 p.m. PT on Tuesday, they were notified of a pair of paddleboarders "in distress" between Fintry Provincial Park and Carr's Landing. While a woman was rescued by emergency responders in a fire rescue boat, the man she was with could not be found.
