Outgoing Coquitlam mayor sues Metro Vancouver for defamation

Coquitlam Mayor Richard Stewart is suing Metro Vancouver and its chief administrative officer, alleging the regional district defamed him with its conduct as it investigated a confidentiality breach related to the North Shore Wastewater Treatment Plant.
