B.C.'s 911 software too slow to recommend CPR, says inquest witness

An expert in emergency medicine testified at the B.C. coroner's inquest into the death of Sidney McIntyre-Starko that software used to guide B.C. 911 operators does not meet 'agreed-upon standard of care.'
