B.C. SPCA voices concerns over animal welfare as Dawson Creek ends animal control services

The South Peace SPCA will no longer respond to aggressive dogs, address animal noise complaints, or remove dead animals, among other services, once the B.C. SPCA's contract with the city ends in December.
