B.C. Hydro issued warning for 2 incomplete Site C recreation sites

B.C. Hydro said it's complying with the warning and working to put in parking lots at the Lynx Creek and Halfway River boat launches — two of three rec sites it was mandated to build to replace ones flooded by Site C.
