ROPE Squad looking for federal offender with ties to Brantford

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is asking for public help in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching his statutory release. Troy Parson is known to frequent Brantford, Kitchener, Cambridge and the Greater Toronto Area. Police say Parson is a white male, 36, 6’3” (191 cm) in height and  weighing 185 lbs.
