ROPE squad issues alert about offender; OPP Festive RIDE campaign underway

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) squad is asking for help locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant. Randall Toole, 48, is wanted for violating his day parole, the ROPE squad said in a statement. He is serving a seven-year, one-month sentence for possession for the purposes of drug trafficking and failing to comply with a court order.
