Repeat offences send man back to prison

A Brantford man who made a tearful plea begging a judge for less time than the sentence agreed upon by both the Crown and defence was still sentenced to prison due to his offence being almost identical to one in 2021. Ryan Slauenwhite, 40, was found passed out in the driver’s seat of a car at a Colborne Street motel and, when he woke, officers suspected he was impaired.
