Power restored to thousands of Hydro One customers in Norfolk County

Power has been restored to thousands of Hydro One customers in Norfolk County, according to the company’s online outage map. Some Waterford residents posted on social media that power was restored at 4:30 a.m.  Some parts of the town had power back on Friday night.
