Ontario's chief MOH expects at least 100 new measles cases a week until summer
Ontario’s chief medical officer of health said the number of measles cases would be much higher without the hard work of local health units to contain the outbreak.
The province reported 223 new confirmed and probable cases of measles for the week ending April 29, the largest single week increase since the outbreak began in October 2024.
