How paramedics in Brant-Brantford are providing outside-the-box solutions to the access-to-care crisis

The Brant-Brantford community paramedicine team is on track to reach around 600 referrals by the end of this year, most from primary care physicians, 911, Ontario Health at Home or community members, who can self refer.
