Chamber of Commerce honours businesses and community leaders in Brantford/Brant

A Paris woman who helped bring Laurier University to Brantford was honoured by the Chamber of Commerce Brantford-Brant. Colleen Miller was announced as this year’s winner of the David Baxter Memorial Award at the chamber’s Businesses Excellence Awards Gala. The event was held Thursday at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Brantford. The award, which recognizes achievement in Brantford-Brant, is named in honour of a longtime chamber volunteer.  It was accepted on Miller’s behalf
