Chamber of Commerce honors local businesses and community leaders

A Paris woman who helped bring Laurier University to Brantford was Thursday honored by the Chamber of Commerce Brantford-Brant. . Colleen Miller was announced as this year’s winner of the David Baxter Memorial Award at the chamber’s Businesses Excellence Awards Gala.
