Downtown Belleville unveils new mural along riverfront

A new piece of public art is bringing colour, creativity, and a celebration of local heritage to the heart of Downtown Belleville.The Downtown Belleville Business Improvement Area (DBIA) is proud to unveil a new mural by artist Angela Wiggins, located on the back of Becker Shoes building at 276 Front Street. The mural is part of the DBIA’s ongoing beautification initiatives supported through the Rural Ontario Development Program (ROD grant), helping create vibrant and welcoming public spa
